What kind of treadmill is it?
A professional dog treadmill designed specifically for canine use, housed in our climate-controlled mobile trailer.
What size dogs do you take?
Dogs must be at least 12 months old and weigh 20 lbs or more. They also need to be current on rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations.
Do I need to be home?
No. If you provide access instructions, we can pick up your dog, run the session, and return them. Many clients book while they're at work.
What if my dog has never been on a treadmill?
We introduce every new dog gradually and never force a dog beyond their comfort level. Most dogs take to it within the first session.
How does the subscription work?
The Weekly Membership is 4 sessions a month. Pick your preferred day and time window and we reserve that slot for you and we can discuss future dates. Sessions auto-renew monthly. Cancel with 7 days notice.
What if it rains or there's bad weather?
The trailer is enclosed and climate-controlled, so weather doesn't affect the session. If conditions are unsafe for driving, we reschedule at no cost.
